Favorite Techniques: For starters, I like to work the entire water column until I locate
the fish. Start with a shallow diving crankbait, and if that doesn't work I'll go to
a deepdiver until I get the hook up. For the tough days I will always go with
my drop shot rig for the finesse presentation.
Always remember "Hook sets are free", Fish On!
Personal: In the winter of 2005, I was fishing from my little tin boat, burning a spoon
across a grass flat. The lake was just stocked with trout, so I was happier
than a kid in the candy store. Keeping the spoon just below the waters
surface, a fish blows up before my eyes, Fish On! Pulling drag on my light
spinning tackle, the bass made its way to the boat. From then on I was
hooked on bass fishing and still going strong!
Family: Wonderful wife Abigail and children, Kinsley and Jared
